Synopsis: The falling apart community, which contains slightly isolated neighbors, and an old damaged building has been converged into one common issue – bad pipes. The only neighbor, an old plumber, tries to warn his neighbors about the problem, which could lead to a flood in the whole house. Thus, the tenants have to combine their efforts to improve the communication between them, and solve a tough issue.
