Synopsis: Living in a male-dominated society, Shohreh is doing most of the heavy lifting of her dysfunctional family with a bullying brother, Shahrad, and their older father, who is suffering from severe dementia. In the midst of all the family drama she receives terrible news about Shahram, their youngest brother, whom she had helped send overseas to perform a gender affirming surgery.
